How long does a repair take?

Do you give a warranty?
Yes, our repairs come with a warranty. We explain the terms when you collect the turbo.
Can I bring just the removed turbo?
Yes. Bring the removed turbo or come by car — call first and we will tell you what works best.
Do you repair truck and heavy machinery turbos?
Yes. We work with cars, trucks, construction and mining machinery and marine engines.
What is a cartridge (CHRA)?
It is the core of the turbo: the shaft with the turbine and compressor wheels and the bearings. If the housings are intact, often only the cartridge needs replacing or rebuilding.
Why is balancing important?
The shaft spins at well over one hundred thousand rpm. Without balancing the turbo vibrates and fails quickly. We balance on Balance machines.
